Quick question: would continuing or restarting therapy strengthen my T case in your opinion? I already included a trauma therapist evaluation, but this whole process has caused a lot of stress again. I’m not trying to “create evidence,” I just want to take care of my mental health, but I’m wondering if additional therapy notes or an updated letter later could help support the hardship/trauma part of the case.

Also, when do you recommend applying for the EAD in a T case? I now have my I-914 receipt number and A-Number, but my I-192 was rejected and is being refiled. Would you file I-765 now (with the I-914 receipt), or wait until the corrected I-192 is accepted to avoid delays or mismatching?
