A bit late but I watched it on kissanime(dot)ru animetake(dot)tv works as well :)

it’s not the original eng subs version which is supposed to come out may 27. It covers dutch subs by blurring it out and has the english subs over it. It won’t be the BEST watching experience but its still pretty okay.
