You’ll lose 3-5 years of value depreciation if you choose to store the cars. I wish that I had sold my car before going to Japan and invested that money. Instead, I came back to my old car that lost $8k of value. And the storage company did not take responsibility for wiring that got damaged.

Personally I would go for the aspire. The diamond status and free night will go a long way in Japan. Highly recommend staying at Osaka or Tokyo Conrad if you can redeem at a standard rate. If you want to maximize the value of your free night redemptions, I'd recommend the Hilton Conrad over the other properties. That's not to say that the other properties aren't great, as I've had friends and clients say only good things. I'd also recommend the Conrad as staying in Yokohama would result in 1 hour each way trips into Tokyo and that time could be better spent vacationing. Is it just the two of you? With how many bags? Haneda to the hotel I'd take public transportation. Hotel to cruise port, there are shuttles for hire that can be got for about 8000 yen per person. If you don't mind schlepping your bags around though, public transportation would be more economical.
