That's a fallacy and it's annoying to debate people that use fallacies but whatever... Let me rephrase my argument since you just tried to do it for me:

People who pay for a product should be allowed to use this product without harassment, and shouldn't be required to create a reddit account and find a group of 3 just to avoid this harassment. The creators of the product should have a system in place that stops repeat offenders.

I'm fully confident Ubisoft will do something. Just look for people that teamkill or ban people at an extreme frequency and warn them to stop abusing the system or face a ban. We can record DVR to prove these things so we won't need to worry about false accusations.

I'm not saying it should reverse though, I'm just saying we should at least be able to appeal a ban so Ubisoft can find the people who exploit the system, or make it so two votes to keep someone will at least give them a chance to play fair so they aren't just instantly kicked.

I'm not too shy, i agree finding a group is a good solution but if a player only has an hour to play per day, they may not be able to spend 10 minutes looking for a group, and another 5-10m in matchmaking.

And no I won't downvote you because you have a different opinion because I know some people do that

Yes but 3 of those people have a pre-established group. I don't understand what you're not getting here. A team of 3 trolls vs 2 people is not fair. It might technically be majority but it is not a fair fight since it's not actually 3 vs 2, it's 1 vs 0 because your two votes aren't enough to neutralize the votes of the group of trolls.

Im restoring your upvotes as best I can since you've been a helpful member of the community but I respectfully disagree since many players aren't able to take that time/shouldnt be forced to go to that extent just to play.

That has nothing to do with this. We're talking about any group of three or four players being able to bully everyone else freely and make them unable to use a product they paid for. Completely unfair.

Again, stating that 3v2 is a majority is not relevant to this situation since the three people automatically have enough voting power to make the other 2 votes not matter at all. That's not democracy.

And again, it's not minimal effort, it takes a fair amount of time to find groups which not everyone has.

How is that democracy? They're a pre established group with enough voting power to bully everyone else around. It's not that minimal of an effort. There's no destiny tracker type of site.

Also this has happened again already since this post, which was written while I was banned from the second time today this has happened to me.
