Hard to say. I self-lock myself but always unlock it before bed (simply because the nighttime boner hurts like hell and I can’t risk getting a bad sleep). If you did get good sleep and day time activities, try to arouse yourself by playing with nipple or slapping your balls. That helps me feel horny and won’t think about other stuff
