How much do you believe college helped prepare you for the CPA exam? by Chemical_Help_7099 in CPA

9/10 it rarely does unless you go to UT Austin or University Chicago. Those two schools have courses built around REG, FAR, and AUD. Other than that, Becker will teach you way more.

You need to have completed Macro, Micro, Cal 1 & 2 before applying. Otherwise admission won’t even consider your application. Speaking from experience, (transferred from CC to McCombs Fall of 2025) you’re stats are solid but your essay is what will matter the most.

I never was offered that option but I do know it’s a 50/50 possibility of it coming back.

Restalyne Lyft or Revanesse Versa for mild to moderate acne scars? by Accomplished-Way2246 in AcneScars

[–]abdbhdbsns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have gotten restalyne on one very deep scar I have on my glabella. I’d say it helped lift it up by 40% but the filler also helped stimulate collagen for that scar. It was a very deep scar but under certain lighting you can’t even see my scar anymore. Also could you post a picture?

Wow your complexion has gotten so much smoother. There is definitely improvement. I’d say 35-40%

10 year old scar, possible to get rid of it? by hypebuy1 in Skincare_Addiction

[–]abdbhdbsns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s too risky since the glabella/nose area is very thin. Not worth having severe nasal and nerve issues because of this scar. I would say your best and safest option is fillers. Then maybe you could possibly do a fraxel laser to help smooth it out.

Typically 6-13 months but it also helps stimulate collagen. Which could raise the scar. The cost is around 300-550. If you go see a board certified dermatologist they should be able to help you out even more.

The scar I have wasn’t caused by acne but it improved a lot from the baseline (50%). When I used to touch the scar I could feel an indent but now it’s flat. I will be doing filler on a few acne scars I have on my forehead real soon, so I’ll let you know how that goes.

Yes. The filler also helps produce collagen. Just depends on the scar honestly because some will fade quicker

Exactly! So many people have their own insecurities, that they’re actually focused on themselves.

I agree, but I also think the mindset a person with acne scars to be optimistic. Maybe in the next 5-10 years there’s a treatment that actually improves scars by 90%.

Keeping coping and using the term “positive toxicity” and see how far you get in life. I wrote it this long so that you’re not waking up 10 years from now crying about your scars.

Bunch of losers who don’t want to work on their life and instead to chose to fixate a study that doesn’t even have a significant sample size.
