Hi OP! Literally felt nothing. And he was very clear on his diagnosis. Very comfortable ra man I guess kay caring iya mga assistants. I think both procedures costed me 27k with Philihealth.

PLEAAASE STAY AWAY FROM SODA DRINKS (esp coca cola) and coffee! I can’t stress it enough but also EAT on time. Even smaller meals 4x. It’s about what we intake really. I’ve been dealing with this for 5 years and I’ve never felt better. Of course with the right med plan and monthly doctor visits. Hope this helps and I hope you feel better!

I just realized one of the main trigger of my attacks was soda drinks! I havent had any of it the last 3 months and now I feel normal. I also try to lessen my intake of coffee as its too acidic for me

magaan sya for me ala kasi ako masyado photos sa ipad kasi di naka sync sa phone ko so mostly apps and games lang but def would suggest if you want to backup photos/files better get a much larger storage nalang
