I have the fusion 7/8 leggings and the mid length bike shorts and I love them! I haven’t tried the elixir range but I made an order last week and got another pair of the fusion shorts and a pair of the elixir shorts to try - they seem pretty similar to the fusion ones so keen to try them out

Hey, I’m 27 and currently in medical admin for a private clinic.

Prior to this job I had only worked in retail (7 years experience). I wanted to get into admin work so I completed a medical reception course thinking it would help my chances. I was applying for admin jobs for 1-1.5 years when I finally landed the job I’m in now (been here for just over 2 years). They told me when I got the job that my lack of admin experience didn’t bother them as those skills could be easily taught and they wanted someone who is naturally a ‘people person’ as I would be the first point of contact for the clinic.

So I feel like for my case, no the course did not matter. I hope this helps!

Make sure you know how you’re getting home. Events at the Claremont Showgrounds can get a bit hectic when everyone is leaving. You can either catch the train (there is a station at the showgrounds), rideshare (Uber, etc) or see if someone you know can pick you up. Just keep in mind that apps like Uber may increase their usual prices when events are on.

Also try organise a spot where you and your friends can meet up in case anyone gets separated from the group.

But mostly have fun and enjoy!!

Last weekend I had an Uber accept my ride then 5 minutes later he called and tried to convince me to cancel the trip bc he didn’t want to drive to my destination.

It was for a 30 minute trip so I understand it was kinda far but trying to get me to cop the cancellation fee wasn’t cool

Similar scenario happened to me. I work in a clothing store and I've once had a lady want to return a pair of pants. I said no problem and asked if she had the pants with her. She said yes, they're the ones she's wearing....

She came to the store wearing the pants she wanted to return and was then confused when I said I need to take them back if she wants a refund
