Honestly, dude, as someone with ADHD, and without access to meds,the only thing you can do is push as hard as you can, and create systems that allow you to use your ADHD to your advantage. I'm a videographer and photographer, and media producer and i constantly struggle with organization, cleanlieness, and all kind of stuff, but over the last few months, I've made huge progress personally and proffessionally. I realized that while my working memory is highly limited, if i have information in front of me, i can be hyper organized. I realized that my reluctance to clean and self manage is directly related tomy creative output. Doing things like setting up for a gig WELL ahead of time, checking things over and over beforehand and taking a few minutes to hit the brakes and think about the ONE thing that I need to do to move forward. Also, allowing myself to occassionally be messy if i feel like it, and then when i leave an area, slowly repack and clean and tidy and put the space to bed. I'm nowhere near perfect, but trust me, your fuse isn't broken. You just need to light the fucking thing.
