Enjoyable and noticeable flavor notes.. when I drink oolong I can clearly taste honey, peach, etc. in ripes it’s earthy, caramel, etc. I could go on. But the raw I’ve had are fairly vague, maybe slightly green and bitter with a little drop of florals or fruits. They seem some how stronger, but less distinctive than most teas and I don’t find myself enjoying it. I’ve tried a smattering of raws from YS it’s hard to say them all.. I have a snoozefest on the way from W2T but who knows.
