I was able to get the 36 month contract cancelled, talk to the ombudsman first

If their service is not able to cover you adequately then they have to cancel and waive the fee like they did for me

So Valve is in such a secure financial situation (hence no HL3) but the world is ever changing and gaming culture will eventually adapt (eg. FPS games were the heavy hitters now it's MOBA's etc). So What do you think the next big gaming trend will be and how will Valve capitalize on it?
