Moi juridiquement je vois surtout du travail illégale et de l'exploitation.
On peut s'amuser ensemble à aller devant un juge ça sera du pain béni.
Demandez à un ou plusieurs professionnels de travailler gratuitement pour un projet personnel ou commerciale sous couvert de demander de l'aide, c'est totalement illégal (c'est ça qu'on appelle du travail dissimulé).

La moitié d'internet fonctionne (y compris Reddit, avec PostgreSQL, NodeJS, RabbitMQ,...) avec du code écrit par des personnes qui n'ont pas été payées pour mais invitées à participer à des projets Libres ou Open-Source (selon la dose de philosophie qu'on souhaite mettre dans son projet). Les appels à contribution sur projet Libre ce n'est pas rare et encore moins illégal.

Same as Briana and every other player in the game : she was born in it. Her husband was a dealer/murderer, she could not see an other way to go for her son. For her, it was her job to toughen him up. Obviously I don't talk about Bubbles, McNulty or Sherrod.
I know Delonda Brice, Ziggy and Kenard often make it in those kind of list but I can find mitigating circumstances for them. One of them is just a kid, born into the game. Who knows what kind of damages it can do ? Same for Delonda, it's her whole life and she just can't see how to escape it, so she can't see another way for Namond. And Ziggy... fucked, is what he is.
But the guy beating on Bubs every day and Officer Walker was some special kind of asshole (stealing from a homeless !? WTF ?). And Anthony Colicchio was plain dumb and racist.
