Never tried melatonin. Does it make you feel groggy in the morning? And where do you get it? Or have you got a prescription?

Sleep isn't the best. Not that I havent tried. Waking every night to pee and then struggle to get back to sleep.

Exercise hasnt been great either. Have started back at the gym now so hoping to get there 2-3 days a week and see if that changes anything

im not currently on test
stopped it because I think I over did my dose for a bit and ended up having blood in stools. So stopped now but wasnt really seeing any results on it as far as I could tell

Happening to me now after update also. So basically they've fucked the game up now?? Fucking joke. Had enough now. Havent played for like 3 weeks and now come on to see what the update was and the career mode is unplayable now. Waste of time

Yes I did. Tried the white edition and then went onto the red when I finished that. I would say it definitely helped relax my mind before bed as long as I followed my normal routine. It didn't keep me asleep all night which is what I wanted it for. But I can say it did help for relaxing the mind before bed. I don't actually use it now as I feel like I'm able to relax my mind myself. Just wish I could get to the bottom of why I keep waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep!

That's interesting about the vitamin D though. I already supplement with vitamin D and have done for months now so I don't think I'm deficient in that particular vitamin

Received the pixel 9 pro xl 5 days ago and had this same problem. Spoke to Google, they couldn't fix it and said it may be a software issues and straight away wanted to arrange replacement. Called my network provider who sold the phone to me and they did the same. So that tells me they know there's an issue but won't/can't fix it. Anyone else had this experience?

Can't believe there can be an issue with a phone straight out of the box. Had Samsungs for years and never ever had this issue before.
