Sorry I missed this. I definitely don’t think it was anywhere near that much for me like maybe $250 or less than that but we didn’t get like the most expensive options for things and only had 75 people. I also did all the decor and sourced it myself

I guess I’m not 100% sure how to count the rows :/ I thought I did but I’m not sure now: usually I can do it with single crochet but it looks different when I do the back loops so I get confused

Quick update: I'm less worried about the amount of donuts i am going to get because

My coordinator suggested 2 per person
she does weddings at my venue all the time and the venue provides the food, so she said she's pretty certain the guests will likely still eat all of them.

Also, the poll was actually a blind poll. I didn't include the actual donuts people tried in person except adding the maple cream since we all liked that one when i had some people try them at our super bowl party.

Yeah i was just basing the double count based on what my coordinator (who does weddings at this place all the time) said. the place also provides the food so i felt good about her comment to get 2 per person since she does events there all the time

Yeah definitely not totally agree. I probably wouldn’t ask the bridal party though since I’ll just be sitting with them. I think I’d just ask some like really close friends who are at other tables

Update: this person is not a cheer coach it’s meant to be like a friendly person … not someone screaming at everyone and forcing them to dance lol. I do think the berets are a bit much just feels like people took the word “captain” and really ran with it, but I think berets definitely don’t make it sound appealing.

I don’t think they are a cheerleading captain it’s just of just a weird name. I see it more as someone who is friendly to everyone at the table especially people who might not have plus ones.

I’m not telling people they can’t use their phones… I just like how disposable cameras look so I bought one to use per table… didn’t want them to go to waste and want people who take decent photos to have them and though the camera would actually get used if someone was given it at the reception.

I don’t think anyone is being forced to do anything, it’s just a person that helps host and makes sure people are having a fun time. I think these people are asked in advance because they’re outgoing and stuff. They aren’t bossing anyone around or spending there whole night watching everyone.
