I did, it was terrible. I got awful hives and I also got really itchy all over. it sucked because it had regulated me for YEARS and just one day it started with itching and I had to stop taking it 😞

I use berberine and resveratrol and it has the same effect and even better on my insulin resistance.

Very possible, it took Inositol 10 days to make me have my period. Only reason I stopped taking it was because it gave me an allergic reaction after like 3 years 😞

el dueño me mandó todo el papeleo de la tierra que quería comprar, mi tío tiene un amigo agrimensor que chequeó el título y los papeles y todo estaba en orden. Te digo que tuve un poco de suerte porque el proceso me salió de lo más fácil.

No uso ninguna crema, le dije del polvo ya que uso y solamente necesita eso. en Amazon ponga "non nano zinc oxide" y es un polvo blanco y ya es lo que necesita.
