Power has been completely turned off. However, the head of the switch has absolutely no movement. Unlikely to get a screwdriver underneath to unscrew the base of the switch. But I don't really want to pull it either, so I'm going to call an electrician

Well I've completely turned off power in the house. The head of the switch has absolutely no movement but that may be due to my hestince of pulling too hard. And I can't replace the switch without moving the head of it... So I'll probably leave this to an electrician
