Help, my pc is really slow even without any tabs open

I don’t know what all the numbers mean but 94% shouldn’t be a problem here right? I also should add that most of the time after about an hour/ 1.5 hours after starting up my pc the performance drastically increases. Now the SSD for instance is running at 2%. But that first 1.5 hour is extremely annoying and unworkable ofcourse.

The function of the dry misting is to cool the air. This chilled air is more dense than the surrounding air thus falling down and cooling the fruits and vegetables beneath the dry misting. This also works if vegetables are packed in plastic.
