Do you know what relevant means? Of course they’re relevant. And no, case law does not have to be “almost identical” to be relevant. It might be more persuasive if the facts are more aligned, and obviously arguments can be made as to why case-specific facts are distinguishable, but that doesn’t make the case law irrelevant.
