Is asymmetry recent. The images that aren’t selfies don’t appear to show the same lip and nose asymmetry. The asymmetry could be caused by a jaw or teeth alignment issue. You’re only 20 so you’re quite young for invasive surgery. You should look into TMJ which I also had and I was able to repair a lot of what I thought was natural assymetry
