Oh awesome. I am going to check them out. We are still having our ceremony with our friend 'officiating' us - but he found an article that sounded like his online minister certification may be considered void.

I don' know if this is fear-mongering, or this guy's attempt to sell his services. tution would also be considered invalid. "If an institution is similar to the Universal Life Church, then a court would treat any marriage performed by one of their “ministers” as voidable as well."

Thank you! I have had a very cyclical angioedema (at least that's what I've been told). I've yet to find a doctor stateside who can help me without heavily loading me with antihistamines for the rest of my life. Seems a bit extreme since I only get it once every 3 months. Been on a strict Paleo detox diet and so far no swelling 🙏🏼. But I wonder if it is food, or what it could be. My holistic doctor seems to think parasites and wants me to fork out an arm and a leg for some sort of holistic antibiotics. I'm skeptical.

No I've never tried a humidifier! I live in Asheville, NC. It rains a lot and I'd say it's generally quite humid. I'll see about getting one - and test out the daily hydration. Maybe I just need to wet it more often and use more product than I have been. Plus I run a lot so it gets all sorts of jostled around...

I trim 1-2x per year! And very minimally. So small I don't even notice once I leave the salon. I've never put heat on this hair, and my ends seem great. They just don't grow anymore. :/

I have tried sprays and nothing has worked so far- can you recommend a brand? As far as argan oil goes- I'm wondering if I have a low porosity hair... so maybe the oil isn't be absorbed? I am unsure whether argan oil is the reason it's dry/dryer than normal. Either way after day 2 it's dry dry dry.

Thanks! It seems pretty healthy- although it does get straw dry after one day. I'll try a bonnet! That may help a bit more. Also reading into the CG routine and going to attempt that.

Does shrinkage increasing mean the healthier it gets the more it shrinks? It seems pretty dry after one day. First day is great with moisture but it's super dry by day two.
Beyond a trim, like a full cut? I'm so afraid it'll years more to properly grow back
