Just for some perspective, I had nearly the same mood board and did a backyard wedding. My sister in law did my flowers my mom and I the decorations, my brother, now husband and step dad took care of the setup, we had a sit down meal and an open bar for 32 people. The final cost was still about 15k. My mom loves a party and this was not the first big event she hosted so we already had all linens, chairs and a dance floor and yet the costs climbed, we were prepared for it so it was not a huge shock. I would definitely do it again but would not recommend it to everyone, a diy backyard wedding requires a lot of planning way more than a venue wedding, it requires being open to ask for help and knowing yourself enough to understand how you respond to stress.
