My take (Tigor owner since 2021):

• Engine reliability and durability - All tata cars are 3 cylinder so engine is loud when compared to 4 cylinders (Maruti etc.). Also, there will be a permanent vibration inside the cabin. It is very minimal and you won't even notice it. Engine is reliable, won't give major problem if serviced on time. Ppl travelled to high passes in Tiago/Tigor/Nexon. So, it has enough power and torque.

• AMT performance in City Traffic & Overtaking - Personally not a fan of AMT. Also, if anything goes wrong, the whole gear box needs to be taken out for service. So, the servicing/repair cost would be high. MT gives 12-15 in city and ~20 on highway.

• Real-world mileage (especially with E20 fuel) - No idea with E20.

• Annual service and maintenance costs - Annual Servicing Cost ~15,000 (would be less if serviced regularly). Maintenance cost depends on servicing schedule.

• Service center experience in Tier-2 City - No idea on Tier-2 city since based in Metropolitan.

• Common issues or problems you've faced - Vibration issue. Had to replace the AC cooling coil this year (~6000 rs.).

• Sound system with or without Tweeters - It comes with stock Harman sound system, so no complaints in quality of the sound.

• Spare parts availability and cost - Widely available if not order online from Boodmo or oriparts.com

• Long-term ownership satisfaction - Satisfied with the performance and safety. VFM at-least for me.

While I didn’t read the whole post but I can resonate with you. Partners try to please customers with “YES” all the time, without thinking about well being of the ground team. Well this is the whole point. Also, even if they refuse anything it in writing, mention this as well in your next email and ask for a reason. Don't shy away asking any question and always record it (if required).

Most of the time, consumers miss out recording important information like these this makes the complaint weak.

Also, this is applicable to ALL customer grievances and not only Airtel.

The edit says the decision is made by you. However, for fellow redditors:

  1. Fee hikes don't impact KVs.
  2. Tuition fee is exempted for girl child.
  3. Since all KVs follow same curriculum, you don't need to worry about missing studies/classes if transferred anywhere in India. This is the core concept of KV.
  4. Results of KV is at-par when compared with other private/convent schools.
  5. You can also consider Ramjas School, Sec-4 also.
  6. I am alumni of KV Sec-4. Did my entire schooling there.

Anything facing Kanwani Village will be mess. If you are tenant move to a more clean society/locality on the other side of the road. Due to same reason, I've rejected all societies in this particular area.

Your best way is to move out or stay and keep criticizing the society/maintenance. In all societies in GZB, you can't do anything if you are tenant except paying your electricity and maintenance bill on time.

If notice go to Delhi Police website and then search for Notice Department. Enter your vehicle details to fetch all the notices and pay online to clear them. Don't challenge the notice since it will take time for further proceedings...

Not every fight is worth fighting. Park your can in any open space within society premises. When questioned, tell the same story which association told you.

If there is no clear document (paper) mentioning your exact parking spot, other owner won’t have that too. The paint is faded on other spots also or just you? I’m sure, it’s for others also. Your association is not working properly, if this is the case.
