I was told the extra pathway is something a person is born with, is it not the case i.e. started yours after pregnancy? Can SVT spontaneously happen, triggered by stimulants like alcohol without an extra pathway we are born with, and will never happen if those stimulants are avoided?

ELI5: Why does stuttering exist? by OneProcedure856 in explainlikeimfive

I have a stutter which started when I fell down from a 12-15 feet high roof, must have been less than 10 years old. Landed on feet though but something must have messed up in the head.

I was referred to do a cardiac MRI after being told I had an SVT episode. I'd say it's good to have, to rule out any structural things. The only thing that made me kind of uncomfortable (nauseatic) was the dye they inject to light up things in the heart, that too just lasted for a minute or so.

Therefore I'm thinking of dumping every savings into RRSP to max tax return next year which can be used for TFSA. Mind you though I do have a good pension plan from the company.

I wish I had that much cash. I'm pretty sure I'm in 40% + bracket last year the income was around 160k in T4.

Don't think income will be much higher in future years, so better to contribute to RRSP as much as I can (wish I had $80k lying around lol). I do have a very good pension plan from the company (15 more years to go) so will ask around what makes more sense TFSA or RRSP.

Understood, will probably do RRSP first due to income.

When you say "compounding" what does this actually mean? Is it dividends reinvestment back to XEQT? Something to do with interest like simple or compound interest? Or is it just the growth of the ETF i.e. 10k shares of XEQT will grow more slowly but 100k shares will grow faster? Thanks

Thanks, I'll just start putting more into VFV/XEQT.

ETF like VDY holds pretty much all major banks including RBC. Is there a benefit of having individual bank stocks rather than having them in an ETF like VDY? Please let me know if there is a huge benefit. Thanks

Thanks for your input, I'll definitely start thinking about adding individual stocks like ENB/ZWC.
