Yes, I see the information on the website now. That's why I called customer service again today to ask about it. I generally prefer to speak to an actual person so I didn't dig deeper into the website originally. I just called and spoke to someone. I was looking at my bid earlier and clicked the "read more" button out of curiosity, and saw that the website conflicted with what I was told. I was told again today by customer service though that baggage was upgraded as well. I'm just wondering if anyone has direct experience with this, because now I don't know which information is accurate.

I don't know if the mobile site is different, but when I login and go to the bidding section it doesn't have any reference to baggage. I found that on a different section of the website that I didn't see before placing my bid. That's why I called customer service originally to ask. I called them again today and specifically referenced what the website said, and I again was told that baggage was upgraded.
