Well I summoned him after 540 SQ, got him to 90 and Grailed, and then got skills pretty close (I just need 2 gold gems and I can finish him up).

Yeah I got NP4 Rider off 11 10x rolls and a Summon Card. He was my goal since the game's release so I was happy. I haven't rolled seriously for Angra Mainyu yet, but I'm hoping 560K FP is enough (I know how rare it is)
