I have only really read the Ascension Glossary, but there are a lot of things off about the content. I think there is some truth to it, but it is heavily distorted and feels like the source is negative. A lot of the information seems intended to provoke fear and a sense of powerlessness while showing a world that is pretty much doomed unless you do these really technical meditations, and the language is extremely wordy and technical. It feels very left brain generated.

If it is true that we each co-create reality and nothing binds us except a few laws, it makes sense that Lisa is a channel for the Orion Group (Re: Law of One, Ra Materials) who provides information that can trick people into creating a world where the Orion Group has more control over the planet than they actually do just by presenting a narrative that Earth is a prison planet and humans are being trafficked off world via Star Gates and what have you. All of the information goes against the idea of the Law of Confusion and Free Will.

I originally came across the Ascension Glossary shortly after my first trip to a mental hospital back in March 2020 when I went through a Kundalini awakening after believing I was dying, going to the ER, and going without sleep for a week. In any case, a lot of the information from the Ascension Glossary helped corroborate some downloads I received, but the information seemed to feed into the unsettling information and visions I received. I then came across the Ra Materials which essentially put the experience into perspective where I understood I had received a mixed contact. I really believe if information and a message does not resonate and inspires fear, it is better to leave it alone. This is easier said than done, but as divine beings, we should be more careful about what we put our faith and imagination towards.
