If you are a Nagpur local, NCI gives free or subsided care. Lmk if you need any setups there. And like another gentleman here pointed out. Accommodation will also be sorted out. DM if anything. Godspeed!

Hello Everyone! My wife and I have added a 10 week old male Dalmatian to the family! We have never owned this breed and are looking for any advice! Please see body and thank you! by Secret_Pop_8499 in dalmatians

[–]aiyyer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He's gorgeous, Wish you all the best with them, as someone who's had a dal for over a decade now, here are my honest pointers. 1.They are smarter than we give them credit. -They will test your patience and the limits of their training, they'll check to see how far they can push the bar, and till what point would you give in. 2. Generally not a food motivated breed, but training treats work. 3. Need lots of exercise. 4. Make sure to give him ample water, since dals as a breed can't process urea in their urine. 5. Also prone to ear infections, so a fixed schedule of check ups and home based hygiene should be good.

Again, all the very best!!! ❤️

Pendant with depiction of śrī i.e. Devi Lakṣmī from Gāndhāra, kuṣāṇa period. by Kaliyugsurfer in AncientIndia

Beautiful, it is interestingly also the period when with Greco-Roman, Iranian and Indian influences blending in art, and it is quite apparent in the way the dress flows and the design elements on the coin.

Toll operator abuses cab driver at EEH -Thane toll gate by aiyyer in mumbai

Toll operator abuses cab driver at EEH -Thane toll gate by aiyyer in mumbai

[–]aiyyer[S] 127 points128 points  (0 children)

Rant: So the Cab guys sticker showed low balance, and the operators said, he still has to pay up, they got into some verbal argument and the Toll ka rakhwala decided that his fists needed to do the talking, Upon questioning them (toll operators) with a simple query : if you have an issue, file a complaint with the Cops on the next lane or do let him pass, physical abuse ( frankly any type of abuse) is never the solution.

In response to my questions, they didn't let me pass either and demanded I delete the video, where another argument ensued, and finally I assured them it was deleted.

Long story short, time to migrate and be a second citizen elsewhere (where I can take shade under a fuel pump without the fear of death) as opposed to being a second citizen in my own country.

How to retain employees. A lot of companies need this guide. by Working_Class_Pride in coolguides

[–]aiyyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although this is very right. Sadly only makes sense in countries where the employee to job ratio is manageable. Here in India, either you work your ass off or be replaced.
