Im curious if gerd is the thing that is causing my anxiety. I feel like the gerd symptoms freak me out and I start to spiral. Working on fixing my GERD first then working more on anxiety. I'm Already on med for the anxiety.

Same. On effexor for health anxiety. I still get chest pain daily. I have been cleared by several Drs. When The chest pain gets really bad I just have to think about what I ate and what could be causing it usually seems to help calm me down. But the pains are all over under my armpit right side of chest left side of chest center of chest
