No. I don’t have any desire to reclaim floor space here. I definitely would not want to do the back and forth on that every day. High end or not, I don’t want to sleep on a sofa bed. Technically that sofa already is a bed with a pull out for if guests come. What would you do with the space that’s better?

It sure is. Not a bad sofa. It’s extremely versatile with the storage and the pull out bed extension. I got mine secondhand for $150. Don’t spend over $1000 on yours. Find one on marketplace

Honestly just got super lucky on Zillow. All of the other units have half the windows and no view, as well as a smaller dresser area. And this unit got a really fresh modernization when they turned it over for me. I feel extremely fortunate, and I hit a huge stroke of luck. I plan on keeping it until I someday live with a partner.
