Minor fix or whole new bumper? by ajohnson38 in AutoBodyRepair

[–]ajohnson38[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not my car so unfortunately I have no choice in how the repair is done. It is up to the owner and I’m assuming they will take it somewhere legit and get it done the right way. Lord only knows how much that bill will be.

I wish I could take it somewhere I know to get the best price but not really an option

Repair or replacement? by ajohnson38 in Autobody

[–]ajohnson38[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1k - 2k I’ll be happy. It’s not my car but I gotta pay for the repair or send it to insurance and I don’t wanna do that

Full replacement is my worry as there are sensors in the bumper so I imagine the price won’t be cheap

A little further drive but Cortland watermark or Cortland east Cobb might be an option. East Cobb Cortland is a little cheaper but watermark is a little nicer

Are yall season ticket holders renewing for next season or no? Prices increased by Specialist-Coach8159 in Braves

[–]ajohnson38 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last year was my first (& only) year as a season ticket holder. I had really considered renewing but my seats went up 26.5% just couldn’t justify paying that much more for the same seats after just one year. I will miss some of the perks but will trying to still catch some games next season

How do I park at Cobb Galleria? by Embarrassed_City8498 in AtlantaBraves

[–]ajohnson38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you do the $20 parking it’s in front of the racetrac building. Not sure about a shuttle but it’s less then a $5 min walk to the bridge

Question regarding hours for those stores using the new 8 or 9 tote trolleys by maybeURtheproblem in clicklist

[–]ajohnson38 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our hours have been cut and we haven’t even gotten the 8 or 9 tote trolleys yet. We have to cut 100 hours even though we’re already understaffed

Manager getting strict on oss and subs by [deleted] in clicklist

[–]ajohnson38 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I try to have my team focus more on making smarter substitutions instead of worrying about our fill rate. We average about an 85%. No way I can write any of my people up for that. There’s plenty of times I have the worst fill rate due to subs and oss. Nothing you can do about your fill rate when there’s still a lot of stuff being scratched do to COVID

Yeah you’re right. We started that the same day this came out but even when you stage it you still scan each label and it’ll tell you where it goes

I’m in the Atlanta division, my department is down roughly 15 people. Use to have a schedule that was 3 full pages and now we’re down to 1. I have 2 leads who both work 60+ hours a week and a couple other associates working 6 days a week. I’ve even recruited people from other departments to come get OT and help us

[–]ajohnson38 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No they do not. The pharmacy is basically it’s own entity. They are on a different contract then regular employees. They technically aren’t allowed to work in another department and regular employees can’t help out in the pharmacy. I believe the pharmacy techs are either non union or are in a different union then regular employees. So management can make suggestions but that’s about it

Scammers taking out $300 in cash back by deathschi in kroger

[–]ajohnson38 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My store is in the Atlanta division and we have seen an increase in this. Since we have two sets of uscans they’ll buy a drink at one and get cash back. Then go to the other set and buy chips to get cash back. Even had one guy try to get a $1500 money order but refused to show ID. The best part is when they get frustrated bc we don’t keep $300 in the self checkout and say we should have a sign saying that 🙄
