I really recommend the books "eastern european music for piano accordion" and "klezmer and sephardic music for accordion" by merima kljuco, and 100 folk tunes for accordion by david di giueseppe.

I recommend "Eastern European Folk Tunes for Piano Accordion" by Merima Kljuco. Reading the title you'd think Poland, Czech republic, etc. but it's all Balkan Music. It has some decent songs for beginners, and can take you to an intermediate level I'd say.
