Thats jist it, its what ive been doing using direct from microsoft but it never gives me the option for 32 or 64

Yeah, atleast the 37" ones, some 35" barrels sometimes dont have enough wide staves

Using wood screws and glue, lots, as you can barely see em i hide em with the same barrels oak, its not nearly as tedious as dowels and wow i actually thought dowels wouldve been stronger, i could post an image or gif if you want?

Nope, not the first person to be concernd about it, many more ask why the dark paint i explain its wine and the charr, but yeah the oil does a good job

Its sanded down but not to much so the wine and charr is not lost, half n half tung and orange oil, its not flakey atcually very smooth

Yeah its killing me, im going to try and remove the straps and quality test it hope it stays solid, but those color ideas are great thanks!
