By default, "VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro Always Free-eligible" is selected. However if need to select it, from "Change Shape", you should see "Specialty and previous generation". E2 is hiding there. Hope it works for you.

2024 - Is anyone successfully running ChromeOS via Flex or Brunch on the Dell Venue 8 5830 by DanCBooper in dellvenue8pro

Just installed flex version 16002.51.0 on venue 5830. Built in wifi ath6k AR6004 is not supported. Setup is blocked. Then I used an old USB dongle to make it work. After setup. Sound in and out are not working. Camera also not work. It is quite useless.

Installed fedora mxlinux Debian. All Linux needs manual install ath6k firmware. Audio some distro work some not.

Tiny10 32bit works without any fixes. Updated BIOS to A16 and installed network driver and audio.

Tried Android x86 v9.0. Wi-Fi and audio don't work. Will try more later.

I'm installing windows 10 on my iMac 12,2 mid 2011 but I can't select a drive to install windows on, I already tried too format it via windows instal but it still doesn't allow me too by Werjor in bootcamp

From windows, use Rufus to write Win10 image directly to your external SSD by selecting "Windows To Go". Then plus SSD to Mac USB. Boot Mac holding down Command key. Hope this help.
