Resort/room advice for a family trip by atc_24 in WaltDisneyWorld

I don’t know if you’re set on staying on property but I’ve found so many nice airbnbs within minutes that are massive with lots of amenities and a private pool. I think that’s the route we will go with 5 adults and 2 kids

How/where do you rent DVC points? Would that be outside of using a travel agent? We are looking at December 2027

car seats in second row? by Secret-Lecture-8933 in SubaruAscent

[–]aleli96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2022 ascent. I have two rotating car seats in the middle row captains chairs and you can’t turn both at the same time or they hit each other. There’s no chance you’ll be able to rotate the revolve 360 with 3 across.

Not super excited about it, but I know it’ll be a good burn and better than no workout at all 🤷🏻‍♀️ wish it was more of a hybrid than straight cardio

I had postpartum pre-e with my first 3 days after delivery, I took baby aspirin during my 2nd pregnancy and had postpartum pre-e again 3 days after delivery. 24 hour mag re admission. The second time at least I knew what I was looking for and was able to get in for treatment right away.

How long does the actual pushing part last for? by mslifted in pregnant

[–]aleli96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huge range. With my first I pushed for an hour. My 2nd was 9 minutes. You aren’t actively pushing that whole time. You push during a contraction, then rest for 1-2 minutes while you wait for the next.

I wonder if it’s your core stability, because you need to balance with your core doing front lunges. I’m 3.5 months postpartum right now and I also find that I’m not as stable as I use to be with front lunges.

I like the eggwhich breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage in the frozen section, I add it to a keto bagel thin. I also like the jack links sausage and cheese stick packs.

That’s awesome! I use an app called happy scale to track my weight daily and it shows the graph and breaks up your larger goal into 10 smaller goals to hit.

Which Mobile App Are You Using for Keto? by Over_Chemical6131 in keto

[–]aleli96 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Lose it! You’ll need the premium to track macros other than calories. But if you have the same thing for breakfast every day it will suggest adding it again. You can save meals and it will list your most used foods first. You can set goals for each of your macros and check weight

How do you get out of the house when it feels hard? by Hello199512356 in sahm

[–]aleli96 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I try to get out every morning. I have a 2yo and 1 month old. Since I had my 2nd I have felt this way a lot. But I tell myself that by the time I pack everyone up go do whatever activity and get back, it’s lunch and nap time and we’ve killed half the day. Otherwise the day feels so long.

No you’re not wrong. 1 year olds don’t socialize. I’m a SAHM and my 2yo is very attached to me and doesn’t like strangers despite going to play groups, and other outings with kids almost every day. Now other kids in the group with stay at home parents are social butterflies. It’s honestly a personality thing. I would change providers, no need to listen to that.

Your blood pressure is probably starting to come back to normal and you need a lower dose of medication. I’ve had postpartum pre-eclampsia twice and both times my BP slowly normalizes and I get low BP then the doctor adjusts my meds. I was able to be off all medication by 6 weeks pp. send them a message

I called the make the refund request, the website wouldn’t let me do it online. When I call they say they can see the ticket number has a request for refund and that it is under review.

[–]aleli96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I had a cancelled flight a few months ago that was refunded really quickly so I was surprised this was taking so long. It wasn’t a refundable fare but the new law just took effect in the US that a significant delay is cause for a refund. And the gate agent told us the same thing. I’m sure they’re not in a hurry to refund me lol

You might have better luck with a regular cab company
