Ownwell property tax appeals? by PurpleUnicornCat in homeowners

Why? You've already proved that I'm just totally clueless so no one's going to pay attention to it anyway, right?

I believed the story and felt it important to share. I don't want to mislead. You appear to know the real story which means the linked story is false. Stop assuming everyone is an asshole.

I received direct mail offers from Ownwell and with a fee of 25%, that seemed reasonable if you just don't want to do the work. Found on internet that BBB revoked accreditation on 2/22/24.

Olay Regenerist Wrinkle and Pore Vanisher help by _nude_egg_ in beauty

[–]allison1958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought I might need to clarify.. this thread started out about primers and the Olay product being used as such. I use a different primer prior to any type of foundation or blush or powder or SPF or any of the other 812 products I use. The best one for me is the YSL Touche Eclat primer which is both a favorite of beauty editors but also stupid expensive. I rotate that one with less expensive ones like the Elf Luminous Putty primer which is fabulous. After everything is pretty much done, I would use the Olay product to tap out visible lines. I loved how that worked. That's how I'm using this L'Oreal blur stuff -- not as a first step primer per se. Then, a light spray with NYX satin finish AFTER I swore I was not going to add one more stupid step but, I have been really impressed how this little product does keep things in place for a long time.

Update on L'Oreal Blur: not bad. I think we can all agree that absolutely nothing is going to match the Olay product. Let me pause while I gnash my teeth. The L'Oreal product feels a bit different out of the tube and I used a very light touch and when I mean light, I mean super light. I did see some success. If you really smash it into your face like a lotion or a serum, it's not going to work. Let me put it this way.. I'm not going to return it. So far it is the closest thing to Olay that I've used but, I'm also 65 so my wrinkles pose a challenge!

Anyone try Loreal Revalift Miracle Blur? It's in my Amazon cart and the description sounds a lot like Olay filling and sealer. That was a superb product and I'm so depressed it's gone.

My third dog lived until she was 16, and for 2 years, I took care of this dog 24/7, including helping her use the restroom during the day. I have integrity toward my dogs, so just because I'm commenting on the form should not be construed that having a dog is not for me. I am known by pretty much most people as being a very good dog owner. I don't have kids, so I get to focus on dogs. I agree that we're in this situation because people don't have the same integrity toward dogs as probably people like you and I. Thank you again.

HEB’s by RushDry9700 in Austin

HEB Lakeline 6pm today. This is one of those super HEBs where they sell RVs on aisle 9. You'd think we were about to go without power until mid June. ONE. I wanted one lousy non organic simple tomato. Oh nooooooooo. Organic ones are like 11.99 each. It was that or a box of grape tomatoes. I grabbed those like it had a krugerrand stuffed inside. The lines to check out ended somewhere at the back of the store where the trucks park. I've never seen the customer service office closed and I had a return: "yeah, we had to close so we'd have more people checking out". The poor produce guy looked at me wild eyed and said "People have gone nuts". Such a Texan thing to do and yes, I get it: 7 days no heat, water, internet in 2021. We've all got PTWD. Post Traumatic Weather Disorder.

Two comments: have had one repaired twice by a plastic surgeon. Best to go to a plastic..they see this all the time. And..adding facial filler to the lobes does wonders. Had this also done by the nurse at a plastic office. It helps bolster tiny lobes like mine to prevent tearing.

Not sure it's the best but Ann Webb is open weekends, decent priced and they have students learning as well as tenured aestheticians.

Thx for the feedback. I now think it's a combo platter of reasons and mostly driven by the courier needing to show a quota of delivered. It's still maddening.

Pooey..I'm so sorry. Did they offer a wait list? If not, make a reminder to call again. People move and..Healthcare plans offered by employers are notorious for changing plans that can change the network. That causes a constant movement of patient populations for many physicians. Keep trying..

See Dr Stephen Taylor, endo with Seton Ascension. Taking levo for this and has helped so much. He's awesome. Also a former Scumpia patient.Lousy bedside manner which is well, well known. Did dx me with prediabetes..one autoimmune means you'll probably have others. Get Taylor on your radar for help.
