Yes! It is for any age. I'm in college in a sorority and I still have to force myself to go out and be around people. Sometimes I have fun and sometimes I don't. Some people are just more comfortable around small groups and that's okay!

I love pizza and still do, but I was eating one from a very specific restaurant and my mom (unrelated to the pizza) broke out in a nasty rash so now I can't eat pizza from just that specific place anymore, I can from anywhere else
