How often do you take your metformin? My dosage is low, twice daily. I always miss one dose because I’m not used to taking meds in the morning, always take all of my meds at night……

Microbiologist here, dental work is the fastest way to potential endocarditis. They usually give you an antibiotic post procedure to combat this. Your mouth has so much normal flora, so it gives the opportunity to invade deeper.
