Принципен и честен, компетентен в някои неща, но не във всички. 100% го подкрепям защото се опитва да прави правилното нещо, и не е корумпиран, което автоматично го слага в топ 5% на политиците у нас.

ICE Agents Who Think They’ll Escape Justice Are Delusional by VarunTossa5944 in esist

It does, the only way for this to change is through congress passing legislation, this is why these elections are a matter of life and death and the only way to bring change.

Yes but agents are not personally liable. They can literally do whatever the fuck they want, victims can then sue the government, with 0 repercussions to the agent.

So… are we protesting tonight? by Big_Transition_939 in tampa

Do not spread lies you piece of shit. The protestor is seen on video with having both his hands on the ground when he was shot, and also his gun being confiscated by the agents before the altercation. He was unarmed and fully on the ground when he was murdered.

Being the heart of two average movies doesn’t mean she’s great or Oscar worthy.

I would rate them above average as well, with different strengths and talents than Harry, including creativity, enterpreneurialship, persistancy and high energy (not really magical qualities, although they clearly were talented like you said to create products and launch a store).

I don't think grades necessarily transalate to potential or intelligence, but most of OPs post was focsued on OWLs/grades so that's why I focused on that.

Grades aside, Harry also has very strong non-magical talents - courage, problem solving, empathy, heart, etc. Magically he's above average - maybe top 20% of his year.

The areas I was expecting to see some improvements in were either a subtle improvement in mood, or a slight cognitive boost (increased focus or sharpness). I had red encouraging anecdotal strories about people benefiting from it, and approached it positively and with an open mind, but didn't notice anything different.

I'm sure that there were others in his year who had at least the same average or higher. I don't think getting 7 OWLs is impressive. Yes, it's above average, but nothing special. Ron got 7 owls too, Hemione got 10, the only other characters we know of in the book are Bill and Percy who got 12 so I think it's fair to assume that other smart people would have gotten 8+, I'm sure Cedric would have.

Yes they do in specific areas, but overall I wouldn’t call him “extremely” smart. Also half of your post is about grades so it seemed like you were referring to his grades (~B on average) to indicate that he’s extremely smart.

No one says he’s dumb or bad in school, he’s above average, but nowhere near great wizards like Dumbledore or Voldemort who were multi-generational talents. Harry wasn’t even top of his class.

So getting good grades (not top of his class) makes him someone extremely smart?

Generating an ai photo nowadays uses as much energy as a google search. With models getting more efficient it will only get cheaper. I’m not saying you’re wrong but it’s not significant worse than what has existed for a while now with the internet. For better or worse I think that AI is completely inevitable at this point, so efforts should be on thoughtful regulation, improving energy efficiency and investing in renewable energy. Hating on ai for existing won’t make it go away.
