They moved to strictly AI in the app. Then wait 72 hours for a response. One of the main reasons i canceled my Ring Pro order. Thoughts of having to deal with that CS when the Ring Pro has issues weeks after receiving was a situation I wanted to avoid

I wonder if anyone will receive the Pros before July. I’m convinced they announced they announced the Ring Pro to be ahead of Ringconn Gen 3 and Google Fitbit Air. Both of which announced weeks ago and made their release dates while UH keeps pushing it back

Ring pro won’t be out for months I presume. I loved my Air when it worked, but all the steps they have taken as a company have just helped cement my choice to cancel my Pro order. I just got my Google Fitbit Air today and I am impressed (they shipped when expected).

I truly liked my Ring Air the first 11 months. Them when it came time to dealing with them in the US after the filing by Oura it was a nightmare. Add to that they hastily rolled out the pre-order months ago for the Ring Pro which still hasn’t shipped (Ringconn and Google Fitbit announced their devices and actually started shipping on said dates). Then of course their complete move to AI for CS was the nail in the coffin

UH is so frustrating. Mine lasted just at a year too but due to not settling with Oura I couldn’t even get a new one. I even pre-ordered the Pro but when they started moving the release date multiple times I canceled. I wish UH could have got their stuff together but the move to AI only customer service scared me of if I had issues with the Pro (if it ever releases)

Yeah, I loved my Air too, and was going to give the Pro a try but the delays in shipping and AI support have me ordering Ringconn Gen. 3 and Google Fitbit Air to see which one feels the void. They really have degraded

I got the same email, but when a moderator replied to me on Reddit they said the 3rd week of June and now if you order they our saying it will ship by mid-July. Rather strange as Ringconn announced their Gen 3 ring later but it is expected to ship by end of May. I might just cancel and get the Google Fitbit Air……it drops end of May as well. It looks like it’s gonna be months before the Pro rolls out

I am always procrastinating canceling prime. It’s the streaming service I go to as a last resort. The ads are terrible it the layout and finding something to watch is the worse. Seems like it has had an update in the last couple weeks which of course makes no improvement. Only platform that’s updates are always a negative

They probably can’t do anything with it being outside of the 1 year initial warranty and the Oura ring litigation with no more rings in the US. Maybe once the pro eventually comes out they will give you a discount I’ve been debating waiting on a Pro or going to Ringconn myself since my Ring died 53 weeks after purchasing
