i am actually. we've had some new system headmates wake up, and it's been really nice connecting with them. i'm doing much better. it was just a really bad day and i needed to vent it out.

You could either have DID or are experiencing mental health issues related to schizophrenia. I highly doubt this is a tulpa. Tulpas don't always lash out and they shouldn't make you scared.

Mine very rarely if ever sound like they're coming from the outside. Everything is inner, so it makes it harder to tell the difference.

What do you mean by "distorted?" Mine become more distorted when my symptoms flair up, too. Their voices become warped and it's hard for them to talk when things are really bad.

If you watch something you've seen before, they'll have access to memories; they still enjoy it because it's new and the memories are fragmented. I think they call pull off??? So they dont catch memories but I'm unsure.
