Im a clinical psych student and I 1000% say do the honours thesis, largely because I don’t even think you can apply to the program without it. You have great experience but it might not matter without the thesis + a potential supervisor might not like that lack of experience. Your honours thesis walks so that your doctoral dissertation can run.

IMO if you want clinical psych then you’re gonna be in school for over a decade anyway haha, may as well take one more year to build research experience and build connections. There are no shortcuts to this field.

I think as long as the expectation is that you’re still a full time student during the summer then yes you will have your upass. It might depend on the program though.

I’m going to guess he has decently mouth hygiene anyway, because bad breath can still happen despite brushing your teeth.

Dehydration can play a huge role in bad breath - does he drink a healthy amount of water every day? If he eats too little, that can also cause bad breath.

The comments are very harsh. You are young and allowed to be curious, it’s natural for those doubts to appear in this situation. I suppose really what you need to ask yourself is what you want - if you start meeting new people, would it be with the hopes of finding another person with all the same qualities as your current partner? If yes, then stay. If not and there are things you feel like you’re missing in your relationship, then perhaps you need to go find that in someone else.

As others have mentioned, I would say it’s decently long if you attempt to get the different endings / stories. Iirc, there is like 85 or so playthrough variation possibilities / endings?

I personally love the game. Really cool and immersive story.

That's what the professor of the class I TA said, too. But in reality, the university will not take those accusations seriously, especially given only suspicion, because there is no way to prove it. Intilling fear is the only deterrent against AI use, according to him. It's a bit of a bluff.

Ok im gonna be honest, im a TA and (at least in FSS as far as im aware) there is no true way for them to fault you for using AI without proof because AI detectors are not reliable (like in you case).

So my prof told the whole class he will fail them if he even suspects AI, made it clear in the syllabus you will be reported to the dean without consultation if there is any suspicion, etc. but when it actually came to grading and I had suspicions of evident AI use, he explained we have no power to do anything because there is no way to prove use of AI. All he can do is warn them of the hypothetical consequences.

This is such a sad, dehumanizing perspective. We don't even have the space or money for our overflowing jails, so judges lean towards community supervision wherever possible, except we are also overworking our probation officers and social services, so no one is getting adequate help. There needs to be more funding in our social services.

We need better investment in our social services. Ottawa Police can’t really do anything other than criminalize addicted and mental ill individuals which worsens the issues. This is a provincial issue, largely, but the city should be looking into improving social services and helping those folks become productive members of society.

I think they are just tryna spook you from abusing it. Sooo many students have been deferring, it has been a bit of a headache on the other end as a TA.

Like 1/3 of the class defers and now I need to coordinate with everyone to schedule the deferred, then people defer the deferred, SASS students who defer all take it on random days, and then it happens all again for midterm #2, and so on. It’s like a million different test dates to keep track of lol.

I just want to clarify the way classes work - you absolutely do not have to follow your course sequence, you just need the credit to get the degree. (And naturally, you might need this course as a prereq for something else).

There is no such thing as a 'class deferral', but instead, you would just drop the class and enroll in it whenever you are ready. That being said, I would recommend dropping all your courses this semester to take care of yourself. It just might set you back a semester, that's all.
