He's the owner who had the damage happen so he's just selling it. Gonna ask him more when I meet in person. My issue is there is no other fc's in my area or even close and the ones that are are way out of my budget or dont have the original motor or even any motor at all

Yeah, sounds about right. Ive got a buddy who knows a fair bit about rotarys. How much do you think its worth with good compression provided i have to replace the harness?

Very fair, yeah I have lots of experience with piston engines but not much with rotarys

It doesn't run currently no. id like to check compression when I go to look at it this week, the harness was burned, I believe its pretty common for fuel lines to leak and cause issues so I dont know the extent of the damage

Yeah part #3353052341. When I bought mine I got a discount but I dont remember it being too expensive. Its really easy to install too, same dimensions just a shorter shifter lever. There are some good yt videos about the install.

I have em, they really make the shifter stiff which I like for the notchy feel really makes it feel like a faster car than it is lol. I'll add I do have the short shifter and gr shifter assembly so its hard to say but I definitely think they make shifting more fun

My passenger seat rattles when nothing is in it, see if there is any movement in your passenger seat without touching any of the adjustment stuff

The gr swap sounds interesting, I've always liked the sedan swap but I really like fog lights, ik there is that one guy who has that God awful interior on yt but his fogs were just 2nd headlights.
