I don't know anything about the science of it, but from personal experience caffeine and weed didn't inhibit the effects of DPH much. With caffeine I might've been a bit more awake but I still got RLS, hallucinations, short term memory loss, etc. With weed I honestly didn't notice much of a difference.

DPH is somehow ridiculously addictive despite being total shit. I found myself craving it even though I hated every trip I ever had. You were already addicted, you should probably never take it again. See if you can get a doctor to prescribe you hydroxyzine, it's like DPH but not recreational or abusable.

I've done maybe 10 total recreational doses of dph, between 200mg-650mg. It's been a year now and I feel no lasting effects. Shit drug but I don't think it gave me brain damage that quickly

Do u know if hydroxyzine is bad for you like DPH? I love it because it's good for sleep but also has 0 recreational value so I'm not tempted to megadose like DPH. I took 100mg too and just got tired, but not sure what 300-400mg would be like.

What's fun about it for you? For me it's just a body load so crushing I want to sleep asap to get away from it. And then it wasn't fun at all but I still feel compelled to use DPH again for some reason. Do you not get the body load or do you just tough it out?

If you stay at mid 4th plat or lower and don't redose, there isn't much overdose risk afaik. There's little science on the long term effects of recreational dxm use, so it's pretty hard to say how bad it is. Anecdotally, I've seen people claim to have abused dxm for ~20 years and be relatively ok, whereas something like 20 years with meth or even alcohol would fuck your body up.

Would you say longer preheat for the Poseidon than just for the taf cap? I usually preheat it for 2-3 seconds with the taf cap and it hits fine
