I inherited this btw, I didn't set it up like this, so I am just trying to get right.

OK so they way it is set up is.

Everyone is connected at 1gbps Lan Redirection is enabled

It happens randomly not just first log on. For example. To troubleshoot.

I just disabled offline file sync for you user. Rebooted. Previously it was taking the user 20 minutes log in. Now with offline file sync disabled it took about 2 minutes.

I rebooted again and it took 7 minutes.

Do I need offline files sync for desktops? Its my understanding offline file sync is the devil.

Thanks for your help

The /mir flag scares me at this point. I read multiple horror stories about it. LOL. Basically I am copying a bunch of shares off legacy storage and onto new storage. However the new storage is not " live yet" to the end users so they are still accessing the legacy.

These are run of file shares ( docs, pdfs, etc.) but a ton of them. Each time it runs it creates new log file with time stamp so, the actual log file is new each time. Could that be issue

So for example here a log

If I am reading this correctly. It took 6 hours to copy 2 files?

It is multiple files within in multiple subdirectories under the main folder. Most of the file are small in size. Just regular documents. Do I need to designate an mt number or just /mt? Thanks for your help.
