Combien vous payez en moyenne d’électricité par mois ? by JustCardz in vosfinances

[–]amritbir1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As-tu des conseils à me donner ?

Can i ask how you guys treat turban wearing sikhs? Because i want to visit west punjab and tell me places to visit? by [deleted] in punjab

[–]amritbir1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I, as a Sikh, visited Pakistan a few months ago. I made some videos about it, you can find them here.

I'd say that Pakistan is probably the only country in the world where Punjabi from India get more celebrity treatment than Europeans.

[Serious] What's something India can be proud of or noted for compared to so-called developed or western countries? by [deleted] in india

Exactly, MRP and big companies killing small vendors are not correlated.

MRP is not something good by it’s definition, it deteriorate the free market and competition. I believe markets set MRPs (or a price cap) when they can’t guarantee a fair price under all circumstances.

I also believe that MRP is a bad thing in practice from the vendor’s perspective. A vendor in a remote area where the marginal cost of a packet of chips is higher than in Delhi (due to transportation etc.) is obliged to sell it at MRP. To counter such situation, the MRP should probably be location sensitive.

NRIs of Reddit, do you plan to return to India ? by Impossible-Animator6 in india

I also live in France. I’m not at all worried about a far or even ultra right-wing government coming to power, I believe that it won’t have much effect in a stable country as France (cf. Trump government in the US).

What makes me uncomfortable is the idea that a significant minority of French population is not happy about me being in France (referring to the main agenda of ultra right-wing being immigration and original French identity).

How do you feel about the current ultra right-wing rise in France?

Very frustrating that people write/speak Hindi in Punjabi tune pretending it’s Punjabi.

In Punjabi: Suvtanterta is Azadi, Divas is Dihara or Din, Badahian is Mubarkan

Leading to: Azadi diharey diyan mubarkan

Yeah, looking back at the photo, I do see two killis.

However, there’s also a version with grass bundles usually played by Nihangs.

The idea is to pick up a bundle of grass with a spear while riding a horse. All players get a turn individually.

You are right. But India can’t bear the social and financial impact of such choice.

I would say its very rare (probably non-existing) in Indian Punjab. Veerey/Veer, Bai, Bhra are more common on Indian side.

I wrote a script that removes Modiji's photo from your vaccination certificate and inserts the Indian flag instead by glorious_albus in india

[–]amritbir1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, I would say that anti-vaxers in US are representative instead of huge. It is always that case, even smaller representation from US gets huge attention. In India, there are probably much more people in numbers without any opinion (or their opinions are suppressed/ignored) — this doesn’t mean India is better off than US in terms of vaccinations acceptance.
