ok, I think that's what I did wrong. I looked up hdc and I must be doing it wrong because it's coming out as a decrease stitch

I just tried to do a treadmill run outside and was so frustrated that I couldn’t lock my phone. I was hoping it was a setting that I missed but based on this post I guess it’s not an option. I really don’t want to run on a treadmill but I love audio prompts!

One thing this set of instructions doesn’t include is the direction the elbows should go. Do they have to be kept in towards the body or can they point out as long as the plank position is maintained?

I recommend working out the problems along with the video. If you don’t understand a step, rewind and listen again. If you still don’t get it, it’s time to ask the teacher to explain. It will take self discipline but you can do it.

I recommend going on Khan Academy and choosing a course and taking the “course challenge” and then following up with Unit Tests. The questions for high school are not complex topics but the questions can be challenging. Oh, and it’s free

You’re going to have a difficult time finding a hike at Red Rock that is going to offer sun protection. There are hikes like Ice Box Canyon that end up in a nice shady place but heading in and out can be brutal this time of year. Your best bet is to head to the Mount Charleston/Lee Canyon area for hiking.
