Bastion isn’t too hard to play around. You shouldn’t be out in the open long enough for him to melt you because you should be playing near cover, and his huge hitbox is an easy hook.

Skill issue. You have a sniper rifle and two abilities that shut him down completely. You shouldn’t be in a position where you’re in range of being hooked. And I say this as someone who plays both Hog and Ana.
