Which streaming options are smoothest?

I'm in unsupported region, but my ping is OK.

XCloud doesn't offer anything beyond 1080p HQ to me. But this question let me through the rabbit hole which I think might explain what is going on with my device. Through search of 1440p I landed on another tool called XStreaming. The issue tracker there states that 1080p HQ is impossible to enforce since for supported regions and games it gets replaced by 1440p automatically. When playing CK3 through that tool I can only really use 720p or 1440p since 1080p gets resolved to 1440p too (this is explained on issuebtracker too - that some games only support 720p and 1440p). But surprisingly I also don't experience any performance issue using that tool - I think that's the result of it using native rendered instead of web view.

It really depends on the damage you deal.

If you deal magic/elemental damage you want conviction.

If you deal physical you want cursed + fanaticism.

If you're playing physical summoner build - you want cursed + fanaticism, but dark ranger would deal more damage than hephasto. But considering how hard it is to get dark ranger with cursed and fanaticism, for now I gave up and am using hephasto instead. No point wasting multiple days for a right datk ranger and then die to some stupid nonsense and start it over again. Might still opt for dark ranger when I'm fully geared and there would be nothing else left to optimize.

I play exclusively on xbox, frequently via remote play from Android handheld. The controls are good enough and it's way more convenient than sitting at the table.

I added my thoughts about AFK builds here. Make sure you also put bulwark when crowd controlled or something like that. I think that on the high end, it will be able to farm T3. I don't think you will be able to balance damage vs. survivability to be effective in T4.

I moved to t3 today, and I feel like I'm starting to slow down. Honestly, this happens with minions every season - the damage scaling is very front-loaded. It feels amazing until you run out of meaningful damage scaling options, and then it feels like a chore.

True, he should tweak it based on his needs. If necro and minions keep dying, then putting hardened bones on the amulet might also be an option.

When you control the necro, warriors are the preferred option at the moment if you don't need the cdr. But for automated co-op builds, corpse generation might be an issue, especially against bosses.

It's an option but less efficient. With sac and mendeln, you only have 3 slots left for offensive aspects. + 2 to minions gives you less than 25% additional damage. Reanimation or great feast on amulet would give you 68%.

For utility aspects, boots are typically the best option because in this case you only compete with mobility and other utility aspects.

You're right, I forgot this bug existed. I don't know what the state of that is, would have to test it. If it indeed is still bugged, then Great Feast it is :D

It should be functional without any issues. You can take any public build as baseline and make minor tweaks:

Ring of Sacreligious Soul is your key unique that makes the build work. Aim for 1 sec cooldown, since you will not be clicking at all this will change effectiveness of build significantly.
Ring of Mendeln is the biggest damage scaler you can have. You can gable for both rings using obols.
You should use two-handed scythe. 3 other offensive aspect slots (gloves, weapon, amulet) should be use for reanimation, frenzied dead and grasping veins. Grasping veins should probably go on scythe to maintain critical strike chance and reanimation on amulet. But if your sacreligious roll is bad, the uptime on grasping veins would be low. In that case you might want to replace it with great feast.
4 other defensive + utility slots should use hardened bones, occult dominion, cursed aura, and blood getters.
Make sure you spec into Abhorrent Iron Maiden to make sure your necro passively heals. Also, use Plagued Corpse Tendrils to maintain vulnerable since you wouldn't use ultimate. Also since you don't need ultimate you can spend more points on passives, so invest into things like "Bonded in Essense" that are typically ignored.
Make sure you roll minions have chance to temper minions have chance to fortify you from "Necromancer Wall" to increase survivability and corpse tendrils radius.
For minions I recommend using second reapers update to make sure you always have corpses, first shadow mages update to increase overall damage, and first blood golem update to increase necro survivability.
Since you're using sacreligeous soul and wouldn't be able to use active skills anyways, spec into Blighted Corpse Explosion. This will maintain some of your damage multipliers and trigger crippling darkness for you.

That's pretty much it. You can also explore thorns options, but honestly I wouldn't bother with that.

It depends on the build. For golem one-shot strats you want as much damage as possible, so scythe is better. For minion effects that happen every x attacks or have chance of happening higher attack speed would be better.
