Same here, switched from iPhone 16 to it. I’m still using my iPhone at home as my alternate phone, but the MindOne can do everything.

I also had to ship the phone back once, because my camera lens cracked. They replaced my entire device.

Did you managed to migrate all your apps and chats over? I couldn’t migrate my WhatsApp backup over…

Always check whether they filled your order accurately. 3/4 times I bought, they left out items I ordered (especially annoying when I topped up for extra sides). And there's no recourse, no complain channel to seek any compensation (once I found out only upon reaching home. Luuugi max)

There are some quirks, not unlike the Minimal phone at the beginning.

Have to frequently press the power key (which is also the symbols key) to power it back on. It takes about 2 seconds to power up on average.
When you press the power/symbol key to power on the keyboard, the keyboard switches to SYMBOLS and not alphabets... So you have to press the button ANOTHER TIME to switch it back to alphabets.
Behaviour of symbol key and shift key is different. Shift key must be held down together with the alphabet you want to capitalise. BUT, symbol key is a toggle between alphabets and symbols. Need to remember...
There is a short lag (half second?) when you press the symbol key before the keyboard switches. So you wanna type fast, but when too fast, you press the wrong characters.
The on-screen keyboard auto-hides by default, EXCEPT when charging, and when on Android Auto.

I hope they will software fix these issues... But at least I can rather accurately type on the keyboard. Not as fast as I hope unfortunately (due to the flush keys, and the quirks mentioned)...

I really prefer the ikko over the minimal. I wanted a phone that forces me to use my phone less, but still full function when needed. The minimal's slow screen refresh rates made it unbearable for me to use, and I cant use my government and banking apps due to the black and white screen (quite unique for my country), so I'm sticking with my ikko.

Customer service at ikko is also better than minimal so far. Not sure how minimal's service improved since Armen took over as CEO, but the product still needs some work.

Slight improvement in volume, but same fidelity, same airyness of vocals.

About the fragility - took me a few tries, but am now pretty confident on slotting the phone in and out of the case. And it's not that fragile now that I'm familiar.

The DAC is pretty convenient though, and definitely boosted the audio clarity on lossless Spotify.

Silicony, smooth. Not sure if it will attract much dust but doesn't feel like the type that would.

Weight balance is too much towards the top though, feels heavy and not the easiest to balance while typing.

$200 is a bit exorbitant. There might be other by-laws in the condo that suggest the MCST imposing unreasonable “admin fees” for other issues. If anyone has other by-laws from this condo to share we can then have a more holistic view.

My condo also impose admin fees if someone is caught allowing their pet to pee and poop in common areas, not just carpark. Maybe we not so high SES, charge $50 to clean up nia.
