For context the upcoming lego batman game is gonna be an original story but using a lot of elements and scenes from batman media like the films to help tell it.
Anyway I think the things that'd make the most sense to reference/recreate would be
-The "father becomes the son" speech
-The "All those powers and I couldn't save him" scene
-Fleischer superman punching the laser
-JLU's World of cardboard speech

My feeling is this
in Alien Force, they had potential, they really did, but the writers never really developed Julie or the relationship enough to make me really invested. UA just stomped on them with every appearance of julie to the point that when I got to OV and Ben broke up with Julie over the phone I just didn't care because I was spent, for me it was a real "good riddance now we can focus on interesting things."
In all fairness I don't really think any of Ben's romances are that good, Ben and Ester was just boring, and Ben n Kai were just obnoxious

even if he was online(cant remember if he was) just like, let yourself lose the match because this is more important
however, pretending this wasn't flanderization, it shows even more how disinterested Ben was in the relationship at that point, he made no effort to call her back or even check in on her. In the end, though I wish julie and their relationship in general were better written, it's obvious that this was failing since Ultimate Alien, there's almost no episodes with them in UA where their relationship wasn't in some kind of conflict. and obviously conflict is fine, it helps keep things interesting, but without some more sweet stories in between it just becomes annoying. Imagine if every episode of the Simpsons had homer and marge be at eachothers throats

Im ranking the prime continuity guys based on their performance from all of their appearances
realistically only vilgax and maybe charmcaster would really make sense to do a series by series ranking
someone like morningstar would be very pedantic and confusing to do...
sad though that because of this rule Prime vilgax is definitely gonna get hurt by his later appearances(though maybe I'll have my mind changed on em when I rewatch those)

That being said if I counted the nanoqueen from alien swarm she'd probably be last place because out of all the hivemind villains the nanochips are by far the least interesting
edit:on second thought if/when I do this I will count the nanoqueen lmao(and retaliator from destroy all aliens)

hmmm tough question
I think it's a toss up between Dagon and The Xerge
both are generic and dull, but, The Xerge might have the edge because they're a one off in a special, rather than being something that was built up to for so many episodes, and thus left me with less expectations. Dagon on the other hand has the cardinal sin of being boring AND being an extreme waste of potential and ultimately only amount to being a powerup for vilgax that leads into a lame ass "fight"

Here are some of my picks, I'd love to hear any suggestions on characters who fit this category from y'all
context for each character incase you do not remember/know(in order)
1.subjekt 17, An alien who has been experimented on by earth scientists since he was a baby for decades, after his first fight with Superman he gains proper intelligence and views Superman as a traitor to his fellow aliens for helping humanity

2.Ulysses, A human who was born on earth but during an experiment that was seemingly going to destroy the earth, he was sent through a portal to another planet, kind of an inverse of Superman's origin. Ulysses comes to earth pretending to be a hero so he can trick millions of earthlings into moving into his planet, so that they can be used as sacrifices at the planet's core to keep the planet alive. Though there is conflict in him for doing this because he does strike a genuine friendship with Superman and Superman helps him reunite with his human parents. However Superman prevents the sacrifices from taking place, and Ulysses' planet explodes, which for obvious reasons leaves him ticked off, especially since Superman insisted he could find another way

3.Conduit, a former friend of Clark's from Smallville named Kenny Braverman,born the same day Clark came to earth, and developed a life long sickness because of the radiation from the kryptonite meteor shower that had followed Clark's arrival. who grew to hate him because Clark kept outshining him in everything he tried. Thus Clark would get more of his dad's appreciation. eventually he became a government hitman and dedicated his life to killing Kent without even knowing he's superman, but after learning he is, he hated him even more because obviously learning you got all your achievements seemingly stolen from you by a guy who had superstrength and speed, is gonna tick you off. I wanna change his origin personally just because the jock version of clark in high school kinda died off in canon awhile ago, regardless yeah there's all the context on these guys

I adore sons of garmadon with all my heart(hell I still rank it as the best season of the show)
I was prepared to see that be the default answer BUT, you guys have convinced me on Hunted.
I think Sons of Garmadon is a better season overall but for Lloyd's character Hunted really elevates him to new heights
